1. Check all the buggies, car seats and other stuff. Keep those in good conditions and put them into the store rooms (craft room or other store rooms).

2. Wall and bookshelf painting.

Renovation of Goodenough Children's Library

Goodenough Children's Library needs to be changed....

At present, our Children's Library is not "Goodenough" and not fully functioning. We are hoping we can provide children a good library environment, so we decided to change our Children's Library. I am trying to rearrange everything in the Library at the moment. Then I will make a list all of things to do, and I hope everybody can lend a hand to help us.

Afterwards, we will arrange a regular time schedule included story time, book of the month and some quizes for children.

we hope that we can work together to solve all of the problems in the near future!

About us

The Children's Library contains material suitable for children of all ages including teenagers. We are located on the basement floor of the WGH, at the end of the hallway next to the games room. The book collection contains quality literature, both new and old.

We classify books by coloured stickers, Yellow stickers are for 0-2 years, red stickers are for 2-4 years, green stickers are for age 5-7 years, orange stickers are for age 7-11 years, blue stickers are for 11-18 years, sliver stickers are for fairy tales and folk tales,and golden stickers are for education books, white stickers are for parents. The Children's Library also offers classic, non-fiction, popular fiction, audio books, cartoon DVDs and video tapes for children.

A variety of fantastic programmes will be offered to promote enjoyment of books and the use of the library as a life - long resource.
